 Initial reports of a shooting attack near Kochav Yair: Five injured, including one critically

 Last week, a Jewish girl was seriously injured in a car bombing in Gush Etzion.

 Every citizen should ask themselves a simple question this morning: What has the IDF done since the car bombing to prevent the next attack?

 The answer alone will explain how another attack hit us this morning.
