Elchanan Groner: Under Cover of Darkness, They Stole the Resettlement Farm’s Sheep Flock and Led it Toward Their Village

*Under cover of darkness, they stole the resettlement farm’s sheep flock and led it toward their village. What happens next?*

*Elchanan Groner - Investigative Journalist*

Last Friday night, Arabs from the terror-linked village of Hawara infiltrated Tzafnat Farm near the settlement of Tapuach in Samaria. Under cover of darkness, they stole the farm’s sheep flock and led it toward their village.

Early the next morning, the farm owner discovered the theft and alerted security forces and local volunteers, who launched a search. *Along the thieves’ escape route, dozens of Arab accomplices from Hawara attacked the searchers with clubs, stones, and even a knife.* One of them also rammed a volunteer’s vehicle.

Rather than reporting the initial theft and assaults, *left-wing Israeli media — and even the IDF spokesperson — quickly promoted a distorted narrative* claiming that “Jews had attacked Hawara,” omitting all preceding events.

*Tzafnat Farm strongly condemned the coverage as a malicious, one-sided campaign* that ignored Arab violence while whitewashing Hawara’s long record of terrorism, including support foor the murder of the Yaniv brothers, the Neve Yaakov massacre, and the October 7 atrocities.

*Residents expressed confidence that the Israeli public can distinguish truth from media libel and urged support for the settlers rather than the attackers.*
